SHREE YAMUNA POLY-FILMS was founded in 2003. It is manufacturing food grade plastic.Lalitbhai Patel and Hareshbhai Patel started this unit with partnership firm. We are manufacturing mineral water film, milk film, oil film, lamination film and other multy layer product.We produce it in factory in METODA G.I.D.C.

When any matters come of objectives goals aim all firms said their own view.All the company have main aim to earn profit but in present time profit is a secondary think, first we have to concentrate on our customer demand,what type of quality they prefer,in which price etc. So the first we must have to satisfy our customers otherwise we will not purchase our product again.In modern time the customer is the king of the market. Another aim of our firm is to maintain quality and price level.

SHREE YAMUNA POLY-FILMS has some achievement. We achieve our position on market and we were achieving on food grade plastic. This achievement goal is very much important for every company.It is good that we have achieved it.

Before starting the machine you need to give the power heat for three-hour accourding to temperature. After giving the temperature you need to start the machine and then according to combination you need to put the granual in the three layer inner, outer, & middle. After that machine start rotating and a plastic bubble come out from the air ring this plastic bubble goes up and is comprised in winder machine and in the main panel board you need to operate the thickness of plastic in micron and according to your film size you need set the bubble throw air. After that at last when every thing is set the film comes down into two part and a role down machine and after some time you need to cut down a piece of film and measure the thickness of film throw micro meter.That role is approximately of 200 kg.If the role is for lamination then that will not go in printing machine and only in slitting machine but if the company like mineral water, vegetable, milk etc.then that role will go in printing machine.

Then the role is put up in printing machine and there are many zones of ink then according to the company color the ink is kept in the dish and the design of the company is direct in the cylinder is joint in the machine. Now we start the machine and the blank role come as printed at the end of machine.
