Star Techno Engineers has readily available drawings of forging, Die, intermediate process & final parameters for every connecting rod as per OEM standards. During process, all parameters are strictly maintained as per the drawings. All the con rods manufactured are passed through stringent inspection and no single con rod goes with any error to the customer.
Star Techno Engineers has all updated instruments like CMM, 2D Height Gauge, Crack Detection System, Special Purpose Air Electronics Gauges, Air gauges, Surface Roughness Tester, Hardness Tester, Bore Gauges Micrometers, Verniers to check the quality of the con rods.
